Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major transformation program focused on the implementation of a new Transport Management System (TMS).

This is an initial 6-month contract commencing a couple of days per week, with the expectation it will ramp up to full-time as the program progresses through key delivery phases.

You will play a key role in driving end-to-end change across a complex operational environment, working across a broad stakeholder group including blue-collar and white-collar workforces, leadership, and project teams. This role requires someone who can build credibility quickly, operate hands-on, and deliver practical change outcomes in a fast-paced transformation setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management activities across a major transformation program
  • Develop and deliver change strategies, plans, and impact assessments
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across frontline operations, business teams, project teams, and senior leaders
  • Support business readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and go-live activities
  • Develop change communications, training materials, and learning support content
  • Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to embed change into program delivery
  • Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and dependencies

About you

  • 6–7+ years’ organisational change management experience
  • Proven experience delivering change end to end across large-scale business or technology transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder management capability across a wide range of groups, including frontline operational teams and senior leaders
  • Experience supporting complex, business-critical system implementations
  • Strong capability across change planning, impact assessment, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement
  • Experience developing communications, training content, and stakeholder engagement material
  • Confident working in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills

Highly regarded

  • Experience in transport, logistics, supply chain, or other operational environments
  • Experience implementing a Transport Management System or similar enterprise platform
  • Exposure to workforce, process, and technology change within large transformation programs
