This role sits within a complex transport environment, focused on integrating multiple systems and onboarding new customers.

You’ll work alongside Business Analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into data mappings, schemas, and integration artefacts, supporting delivery through build, testing, and defect resolution.

This is a hands-on integration role, not a stakeholder-heavy BA position.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical integration artefacts
• Develop source-to-target mappings and define transformation logic
• Analyse and work with JSON/XML schemas and message structures
• Support API validation (REST/SOAP), including request/response analysis
• Assist in defining end-to-end data flows across multiple systems
• Work closely with developers and vendors to support integration build and troubleshooting
• Contribute to SIT and UAT, including data validation and defect analysis
• Investigate and resolve integration and data-related defects

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Technical Analyst or integration-focused BA
• Strong experience with data mapping and transformation logic
• Hands-on exposure to system integrations and APIs
• Ability to work with JSON/XML and interface schemas
• Experience supporting integration testing (SIT/UAT)
• Comfortable working with technical teams (developers, architects, vendors)
