Their SAP capability is expanding nationally, and they are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to play a key role delivering finance transformation programs while mentoring a growing team of consultants.

The Role

You will lead SAP Finance solution delivery across enterprise transformation programs, working closely with finance leaders, project teams and technical specialists.

You will also help develop the SAP capability by mentoring consultants and contributing to high-quality client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules

• Deliver solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Management Accounting

• Work with finance stakeholders to analyse processes and design improved SAP-enabled operating models

• Ensure integration across SAP modules including MM, SD and PP

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs

• Mentor and guide a team of SAP analysts and functional consultants

• Support financial reporting, month-end and year-end SAP processes

Your Background

To succeed in this role you will bring:

• 5+ years’ experience delivering SAP Finance implementations

• Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment

• Strong functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling

• Experience across areas such as:

  • General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

  • Fixed Assets

  • Cost Controlling / Management Accounting

  • Product Costing or Margin Analysis

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred
