Our client provides centralised supply chain and procurement to Victoria’s public health service.

They are currently looking to engage a Head of Project Delivery to support the Project Services team in delivering business-critical projects and programmes. The role focuses on people management and driving a culture of collaborative project delivery, leadership, and mentoring.
This is a senior role in the organisation responsible for a critical function. You will need to be a highly experienced Project Manager with excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Key skills/experience required will include:
10 + years’ experience in Project Management.
Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration/Management or other relevant discipline and/or experience in a similar position.
Certification in a recognised project management methodology such as PRINCE2.
Extensive experience uplifting a team’s skill level and leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
Demonstrated expertise in both team management and organisational leadership and delivering projects through others.
Extensive experience working within project delivery across the full project lifecycle
Ability to build relationships, negotiate, influence, and manage change in a matrix environment.
Ability to think conceptually and drive practical solutions.
You will need to display an organised and systematic approach to work with high attention to detail. Additionally, forming strong working relationships with a diverse group of customers and stakeholders will be critical to your success.
